When discussing who’s the next big thing to come out of LA, make sure you mention KeeRiche$. His new project Raised Off Rosecrans illustrates the Compton rapper’s undeniable authenticity, with a captivating story that’s not easy to turn away from.

The project contains 13 songs, with features from Rucci, Prince Kofi, and Lil Duece among many others. “Westside Lady,” an impressive remix to 03 Greedo’s “Sweet Lady,” appears midway through the album, ratcheting up the energy with his blistering flow. Right off the bat, however, he brings the heat on “14042,” crushing the beat with authority while letting you know that he did not come to play.

As the tracklist unfolds, he manipulates the mood throughout the tape: “Why Not” and “Side B*tch” serve as the soundtrack to the function; “My Shit” and “Run It Back” are made for the ladies; while he showcases compelling lyricism on tracks like “Raised Off Rosecrans” and “Northwood & Tajauta.

Kee’s humble yet talented persona makes it hard to turn away from his rising profile, as he drops off another solid tape to keep his momentum rolling along. His greatest strength lies in his ability to paint vivid pictures that make you feel personally attached to his narrative, as he tells haunting tales that stem from losing four of his friends in a span of a few years.

Simply put, Kee Riche$ has came a long way from being an eager lyricist making twitter videos, and there’s a reason why we chose Kee Riche$ to bring the heat at our upcoming See LA Party concert on October 7th. With true talent and true lyrics, he’s one of the brightest talents on the rise in the city.
